【产品简介】Product Profile

This product is a powdered waterproof leveling material for wall, developed with materials and biological

purification technology imported via 8A Group (a Germany-based company). The product has the advantages of

high whiteness, good fineness and ease of application. Cured surface provides excellent hydrophobicity and

shows remarkably distinct anti-efflorescence effect in comparison to traditional powder putties. It is suitable for

interior leveling of concrete, mortar or gypsum substrate. This product complies with China's national

environmental protection standards and is certified by 8A Group.

【消耗量】Coverage

Theoretically, the product “Meijiachen AST 6A” can cover 1 m 2 /KG for two coats. The actual coverage may vary

depending on the efficacy of the applicator and the quality of the substrate.

【搅 拌】Mixing and Blending

Mix the product with an appropriate amount of clean water and start blending until it becomes a uniform,

lump-free paste. Leave the paste for 15 min (30 min in winter), and then blend again. Do not add any other

materials. The paste could be kept in a tank with a cover (to slow down the drying process) for no longer than 20

hours (25±2℃).

【基层处理】Surface Preparation

The substrate should be dry, hard and free from dust, grease or hydro-soluble putty. The water content of

substrate should be lower than 5%. If the substrate is loose or lumpy, it is advisable to use our product “Bibao

AST-6A” and wait until it is dried, before applying “Meijiachen AST 6A”.

【批刮找平】Application

A trowel or a putty blade may be used. The putty should be applied when it is semi-dry (i.e. when slight pressure

doesn’t cause deformation), and it can be sanded and leveled with sandpaper P360 when the putty is dried. Each

coating should not be thicker than 2mm. If you wish it to be as thick as 3mm or beyond, you need to do a second

coating. Exceeding the limit of thickness of each coating could lead to shrinkage cracks.

【注意事项】Precautions

1. The temperature at the time of application and drying should not be lower than 8°C.

2. Do NOT mix this product with other aids or adhesive products。

【贮存、运输和包装】Storage, Transportation and Package

1. This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, and it is strictly prohibited to expose to the sun and

moisture.

2. The temperature of storage should be between 5 and 35 °C.

3. If the product is stored properly, the product life is 18 months.

4. Transportation should be arranged in accordance with Non-Dangerous Goods Transportation Regulations.
